Tobey Maguire has lost 20lbs in just five weeks ahead of his role as a kidnapped marine in ‘Brothers.’
Toby Maguire went into an “intense” diet so that he could perfectly fit his role in ‘Brothers’.
He plays a marine who during combat is captured and so is required to shed a huge amount of weight so as to accurately represent the physical transformation being had on his character.
Toby revealed: “I dropped a bunch of weight. Through shooting and a break, I had five weeks, and I lost about 20 pounds, which is a lot of weight considering where I started out at.”
