RON LIVINGSTON of OFFICE SPACE Wikipedia’s page says he is gay but he claims that it is an unknown internet prankster who keeps hacking into his Wikipedia page. RON has taken action against the prankster.

He is married to Rosemarie Dewitt who stars in the Standoff and has filed suit at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday (5Dec 2009) alleging a “malicious” hacker is continually breaking into his information page on the website.

According to the papers which does not name the online joke, Ron is allegedly in a relationship with a man named Lee Dennison. The prankster has also created a facebook profile which also suggests that he is homosexual.

Reports from TMZ indicates that he is suing for invasion of privacy, libel and use of his image without prior permission.

Livingston Wikipedias page was however changed to say that he is married to Dewitt at the time of press.
The papers reveal the online joker – who is not named in the documents – has allegedly published claims the star is in a relationship with a man named Lee Dennison, and created a false profile on social networking site Facebook.com, which again suggests the actor is homosexual.

He is suing for libel, invasion of privacy and using his image without prior permission, according to TMZ.com.

At time of press, Livingston’s Wikipedia page has been changed to say he is married to Dewitt.

Rihanna was struggling when making her new album Rated R, because some of the songs in the album were about her personal life troubles. The 21 bajan beauty was asssulted by Chris Brown, her ex-boyfriend that led to her filing a lawsuit against Chris. She has revealed that the subject matter of the songs made the recording process of the LP ‘Rated R’ very personal.

Rihanna said: “It’s the closest album to me, to my heart. I opened up a lot on it and got a little vulnerable and let my emotions out on it. Everything’s documented on the album.”

It’s only now that the album is finished can Rihanna listen to it without getting upset.

She said: “I’m able to listen back to it now but in the beginning it was really weird. I couldn’t listen to demos or anything. It was too deep for me. I kept leaving the studio when people wanted to listen to the songs.”

LIAM CLANCY the legendary Irish folk singer died at the age of 74. Clancy was the last surviving member of the popular Clanyc Brothers and Tommy Makem group and he passed away in his home in Cork, Ireland on Friday (4Dec 2009) after a long struggle with lung disease.

He was the youngest of 11 children and Liam together with his two brothers Bobby, Patrick and Tom immigrated to America where they teamed up with Tommy Makem to play the Irish pub scene in New York City.

The brothers and Makem were overnight sensation following a record breaking 16 minutes set on The Ed Sullivan Show and became big players in the 1960s folk scene, together with close pal Bob Dylan.

He continued with his solo career while still working for Makem. The band had reunited in 1984 but the tensions in the family resulted into another split.

Clancy has left behind his wife Kim and five children.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers, the Irish actor hates the filming of the love scenes because you are required to pretend to be having sex (and enjoying it!) in front of many people.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers also says he does not fancy the shooting of the sex scenes because make up is applied to your butt.

He thinks that getting steamy with your co-stars in front of the rest of the cast and crew is the least enjoyable thing about being an actor.

The Irish Hunk told German TV channel Tele 5: “It is embarrassing every time. You have to pretend that you’re passionately making love and forget the whole world. But of course you’re on set with about 20 people, a camera and a make-up woman conceals the pimples on your butt.”

Although the ‘Match Point’ star, Jonathan Rhy hates shooting of sex scenes he seems to be finding his profession as he gets older.

He also added: “I am now 32 and everything that has happened so far, I call my apprenticeship. The rest of my career I can loosen up.”

CHRIS BROWN now claims that his violent behavior shocked in the burst-up which resulted in the end of his romance with RIHANNA, as he has never lost temper this badly previously.

The Kiss Kiss song star assaulted Rihanna in February(2009) which led to his arrest. This was after a vicious fight which ensured after a pre-Grammy Award party in Los Angeles.

He was later handed a five year probation and a community service order and this brutal attack has turned the shamed Chris Brown into a public figure of hate.

Chris has also previously alleged that his mother was abused by his stepfather (pliz! Read as crap) and now claims that he does not recognize the person who he became in those dark moments and will never forgive himself for what he did to Rihanna(a bajan beauty)

In an interview which aired in the U.S. on Friday (4Dec2009) with the newswoman Robin Roberts Chris Brown said, “I never ever had problems with anger. No domestic violence with any of my past girlfriends or any altercations…

“I never was that kind of person… I look at it, and it’s really, really difficult. It’s like, ‘How could I be that person?’

“I was wrong for what I did. And I would definitely say that it’s not something that I look past or look over. Something that’s really, really touchy. And, and like I said, I’m really sorry for what went down. And what happened.”

JON GOSSELIN’s former pal MICHAEL LOHAN gave what apparently could be a significantly damaging deposition on Wednesday morning for the TLC lawsuit against Jon, the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.

The deposition which lasted for two-and- a-half hour was conducted in New York City.

In an interview later on he said “They asked questions regarding my involvement on a business level with Jon Gosselin; deals that were negotiated; transactions that did occur and basically my deal with Michael Heller.”

Lohan has said that he has described the deals that he had made for Jon with a magazine and for Las Vegas personal appearances to the attoneys. He said that there were some at Ghost Bar, Prive, and the MGM Grand Hotel.

“I think the attorneys from Williams & Connolly were very thorough,” Lohan said of the TLC legal team. “I think they did a great job. They asked the appropriate questions and they got the answers they wanted. I think they have a very, very strong case, one that I definitely don’t think they’ll lose. So good luck to Jon.”

Gosselin is being sued by TLC for alleged breach of contract. The two, Gosselin and Lohan had at one point planned to do a reality TV show called The Divorced Dads Club. This project and others which Lohan have been negotiating would have been a violation of Gosselin’s contract with TLC which had a provision for exclusivity.

Lohan is also warning Jon to be well wary of what his girlfriend Hailey Glassman might say when being deposed in the case. He said I understand that “Hailey attorney has a pretty powerful file”

EMINEM is comparing his own struggles with drugs to the death of the king of pop MICHAEL JACKSON – insisting he can “relate” to the late Michaels problems with pills.

Michael Jackson passed away in June this year following a cardiac arrest which is believed to be linked to high dosage of the surgical-strength anesthetic Propofol.

Michael Jackson has been battling the prescription drug addiction which led to his demise tragedy.

Eminem has been going through the same dilemma which almost led to the loss of his life through the accidental overdose of methadone, when he endured the same drug addiction, popping as many as 20 pills a day at the height of his problems

The hip-hop artist says that the news that Jackson had died resonated with him- as he understood well enough the pain of prescription drug habit.

He tells Complex magazine, “I definitely can relate, and it’s a shame if he didn’t have anybody there to just say, ‘Michael, you’re an addict, you need help.’

“When you read things about Michael Jackson it’s hard to decipher what the f**k is true, but there’s the story of how he woke up at whatever time and he needed something to go back to sleep because he has this or that and it didn’t work – that’s exactly what used to happen to me. I would take a couple of pills and I would be up an hour later and I’d want more.”
